This small but mighty team will work together to achieve the company's diverse staffing needs. We like to have fun and produce quality work. The ideal candidate will be familiar with Oracle HCM, highly organized, have an ability to juggle multiple priorities and recruitments simultaneously. You are an out of the box thinker and looking to achieve continuous process improvement within each day tasks. Ability to work within a Unionized environment is a plus.
Reporting to the Staffing & Diversity Consultant, the Staffing Coordinator actively participates in and/or facilitates the sourcing, selection and onboarding of new and existing employees. She/he is also responsible for administrating associated recruitment, onboarding and corporate orientation systems and support processes.
A university degree in Business Administration, Commerce or related field with a specialization in Human Resources Management, supplemented by at least two years of related experience. A Certified Human Resource Professional (CHRP) designation is an asset.
Equivalent combinations of experience may be considered.
