Your responsibilities include:
-  Provide excellent customer service by facilitating vehicle/product repairs, warranties, etc.   Build strong customer relationships based on honesty, product/service knowledge and trust.
-  Listen to customer concerns, view their repair/service needs and accurately record information to pass onto the Service Technicians.  
-  Learn and follow established repair order process, including warranty, scheduling, customer follow-up and payment.  Accurately estimate and document all repair orders and charges.
-  Close and finish all repair orders in a timely manner, ensuring required authorizations are obtained.  

As the successful candidate, you will bring:
- Demonstrated customer service and administrative experience working in a multi-tasking hospitality, dealership or service organization.   Service writing experience is a definite asset, as well as basic technical knowledge.  
- Strong listening skills, attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.   Has the ability to relate to people from all walks of life.   Must be reliable and able to deal with a wide variety of customers in a calm and confident manner.

Work Hours:  8:30-5:00 pm, 40 hours/week.  5 days per week between Monday and Saturday, with 1 additional day off as scheduled.
