The board of the Milestone Early Learning Centre in Milestone Saskatchewan is looking for certified Early Childhood Educators who can effectively address the needs of children 18 months old  6-year-olds. We are looking for candidates who are passionate about Early Learning and eager to work with a team of Educators.

To be a successful Early Learning Childhood educator, you should be able to display strong communication skills and a kind and gentle demeanor when interacting with children. Ultimately, an outstanding Early Childhood Educator should display patience and use creative ways to interact and engage with children.

The job duties and responsibilities for the Early Childhood Educator include but are not limited to the following and any other duties delegated by the Board of Directors.
    Teaching and following a daily routine.
    Adapting the program to suit the needs of the individual child or group.
    Consistently planning innovative ways of keeping children actively engaged.
    Imparting knowledge to children through fun and play.
    Ensure the environment is safe and clean.
    Ensuring the social and emotional growth of the child.
    Effectively communicates with parents and other stakeholders mediating any concerns and resolving conflicts in a timely manner.
    Adhering to the guidelines.
    Maintain a professional appearance at all times, assume responsibility for your own actions and behavior work.
