What You'll do:

Reporting to the General Manager, the Director of Talent & Culture is responsible for the strategic leadership of our most valuable resource  our talent. The Director  Talent & Culture will -

- Develop and execute innovative talent acquisition and retention
  strategies.
- Foster a vibrant organizational culture that upholds our values,
  vision and mission.
- Lead employee development, succession, and training initiatives.
- Develop and Implement Comprehensive Safety Leadership Programs
- Oversee performance management and employee relations.
- Collaborate with senior management to align HR strategies with
  business goals.

Who You Are:
You are looking for a career in senior leadership and:

- Diploma in Business Administration or equivalent level of post-
  secondary education, preference will be given to candidates who have
  or are working toward the CHRP accreditation.
- Proven experience in HR leadership roles.
- Strong understanding of talent management and organizational
  development.
- Exceptional communication, coaching and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to drive change and innovation in workplace culture.
- Exceptional organizational skills including managing time, multiple
  tasks, unquestionable business ethics and accurate documentation.
