Description

The Security Site Supervisor will embrace our companys core values. This position will supervise and coordinate the delivery of quality services and act as a liaison between the Client, Operations Manager and Security officers.

Supervisory Responsibilities

-Patrol designated areas to prevent theft, vandalism, and fire, while controlling access to buildings.
-Operate security control-room equipment to monitor premises and respond promptly to any security threats.
-Enforce regulations to uphold order, settle conflicts, and oversee activities within the establishment.
-Ensure compliance with safety protocols and emergency procedures to protect individuals and property.
-Issue passes, guide visitors to the correct locations, and verify the age identification of patrons as necessary.
-Supervise site staff, providing coaching, recognition and discipline within approved empowerment range.
