The Office/Finance Administrator shall be directly accountable to the owners and is responsible for all clerical, receptionist, payroll, month end, and benefits required for the day-to-day operations of C. Duncan Construction Ltd. Applicant must be courteous, proficient in Sage and Microsoft applications, quick to learn, trust worthy and able to efficiently manage ones time and duties independently. Position is guaranteed 24 hrs., per week, with options of full time initially and as necessary.
