Looking for an individual that has previous experience or knowledge of butchering
Including beef, lamb and pigs
Experience in slaughtering is an asset
Daily tasks include but are not limited to:
- Packaging Sausage
- Making Burgers
- Jerky Making
- Butchering beef / Custom orders
- Wild game processing
Wage to commiserate based on experience
