Ultra Shine Auto Salon is an one-stop car detail salon. Our services includes vinyl wrapping, ceramic coating, automotive tinting, interior detail and exterior power polish. We are currently recruiting an Administrative Coordinator to join our team.


Job Duties:
1.Establish and oversee the administrative procedures and ensure compliance. Assist in maintaining a clean and safe working environment.
2.Organize and assign office tasks to office clerks, and ensure the efficient execution and proper procedure of the tasks.
3.Maintain accurate records of customer transactions and appointments. Keep track of the inventory level of office supplies, prepare contracts, and file payment invoices and inquiries.
4.Bridge the internal communication channels, connecting staff members, departments, and management. Contact all departments regarding changes in policy and other important information.
5.Manage appointment scheduling for car wash services, and coordinate with staff to ensure efficient workflow and minimize wait times.
6.Collect and analyze sales data, customer feedback, and appointment trends. Supervise the performance of staff members and prepare regular reports on KPIs to help management make informed decisions.
7.Assist in financial management by tracking expenses, preparing financial reports, and reconciling records. Collaborate with the finance department to ensure accurate billing and payment processing. Monitor and report any discrepancies or irregularities in financial transactions.
8.Collaborate with other team members to ensure a cohesive and positive work environment. Assist in training and onboarding new staff members as needed.
