We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Director of Fund Development to join our team. You will be responsible for overseeing and implementing strategies to drive fundraising efforts and donor engagement. You will work collaboratively with the Executive Director and Director Leadership Team to lead the organization.

Duties:
- Develop and execute comprehensive fundraising plans to meet organizational goals
- Identify and cultivate relationships with potential donors, sponsors, and partners
- Identify new opportunities for grants and manage grantor relationships and reporting
- Manage donor databases and ensure accurate record-keeping
- Coordinate fundraising events and campaigns
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in ethical fundraising
