Combination of indoor and outdoor work, grass cutting, road maintenance, building checks and maintenance, snow clearing, water meter readings, tree trimming, park maintenance, be willing to do water samples, and other duties assigned by the Foreman and Chief Administrative officer.
Must be able to work in a physical working environment, must have drivers licence, have experience working with different computer applications. This position requires working with the public which requires great customer service skills. This position will require some weekend work

- Dig ditches and trenches
- Clean and maintain sidewalks, streets, roads and public grounds
- Assist skilled tradespersons
- Assist in routine maintenance and repair of equipment
- Assist equipment operators to secure attachments to equipment or truck
