Description

Looking for applicants who are trained and experienced in
Microsoft Office Word, Email, Excel, Access, Online appointment calendars, Invoicing, Accounts receivable/payable etc.

Responsible for a wide range of administrative tasks and is the first point of contact for clients.  

Need to have superior time management, multitasking skills and communication skills both verbal and written. Excellence in attention to detail is a necessity and the ability to work independently and effectively under time constraints.

Effective telephone technique with tact, courtesy and patience.
Professional behaviour demonstrated at all times.

Must have experience in self- directed independent work situations.
Confidentiality is essential.
Experience working in the mental health field would be an advantage
Must be a team player.
Minimum 1-3 years experience required.
The Office Manager position is a full-time position.
Salary negotiable depending on experiencing.
