Duties:
- First point of contact for public inquiries.
- Maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Support monthly Board meetings.
- Assist with financial management (monthly statements, AP, AR, etc.)
- Maintain and replenish office/event supplies.
- Office administration.
- Data entry including developing/maintaining contact lists.
- Assist with developing electronic and print communications.
- Assist with event sponsorship, media relations, social media, volunteers and evaluation.
-Other duties as required.
