The City of Regina is seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Senior Assessment Appraiser with our Assessment & Property Revenue Services department.
Reporting to the Manager of Research and Appeals, the successful candidate will play a pivotal role in valuing real property for assessment purposes, ensuring alignment with provincial legislation, regulations, and Assessment division policy. With responsibilities ranging from performing complex appraisal duties to providing leadership and training to junior staff, this position offers a unique opportunity to contribute to the efficient and effective delivery of assessment services.
