Job Description-
Make Pizza dough fresh daily, usually from scratch for thin or thick crust.
Prepare pizza ingredients by chopping vegetables and cutting meat using Automatic Slicer.
Prepare pizza sauce (Red & White).
Develop new pizza recipes.
Prepare a variety of soup for a daily special lunch menu.
Monitor the temperature of ovens.
Ensure the cooking stations are sanitized and prepped with necessary tools.
Order supplies, maintain inventory, create budgets to ensure profitable food cost.
