General Accountability

The Partner Engagement Specialist is responsible for implementing employer engagement strategies that meet the needs and goals of the SITAG LFD agencies. The Specialist supports Tribal Councils and First Nations in capacity building, process and strategy development, as well as training for delivery staff. The Specialist will support the growth, development and implementation of workforce development partnership initiatives. This position will require travel to various communities across the province.
