Description

We are looking for an outgoing responsible individual for our Market Mall location as our next Assistant Store Manager.
The chosen candidate will receive full health benefits paid for by the company.
Annual bonus available providing the financial goals are met.
Criminal background check must be provided.
Responsibilities are but not limited to:
-Day to day operations of a full service Liquor store.
-Maintaining budget
-Ordering & receiving
-Coaching & development
-Inventory control
-Responsible for overall security of the store.
-Oversees the store operations and provides a safe working environment for the rest of the team.
-Provides a high level of customer service by establishing contact, greeting customers and ensuring customer satisfaction
-Provides solutions for customers concerns.
-Receiving orders and following the proper procedures.
- Maintains a balanced float while on shift and counts cash drawer at end of shift.
- Faces and displays merchandise
- Ensures products are scanning correctly and advises the Director of any discrepancies
- Demonstrates a high level of professional and ethical standards by adhering to all Company policies and procedures
- Handles products and operates equipment according to regulations and Company policies and procedures
- Demonstrates consistent growth in product knowledge and product changes
Requirements:
- Must have previous beverage or grocery retail experience to qualify.
- Must be well versed with Microsoft word & excel & have advanced computer skills
- Attention to detail
- Punctual
- Must be able to put in the time to complete the tasks of an ASM
- Have the ability to lead, coach & develop employees
- Must HAVE Open availability to work nights and weekends.
- Must be 19+ years of age
- Must have Serving it Right certification
- Must be able to bend, reach and stand for long periods of time with out issue.
- Must be able to lift 50 lb
