We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Certified Management Accountant (CMA) to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical abilities, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of accounting principles specific to the automotive industry. As a CMA, you will play a crucial role in financial planning, analysis, and reporting to support strategic decision-making and ensure the financial health of our dealership.
Responsibilities:
~Conduct financial analysis to support budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning initiatives.
~Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for management review.
~Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide insights to improve operational efficiency and profitability.
~Manage financial processes, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll.
~Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal controls.
~Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize financial performance and drive business growth.
~Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to recommend process improvements and cost-saving opportunities.
Qualifications:
~Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required; CMA certification preferred.
~Proven experience as a management accountant or financial analyst, preferably in the automotive industry.
~Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel; experience with dealership management systems (DMS) is a plus.
~Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data and communicate findings effectively.
~Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills.
~Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
