Candidates will be responsible for assisting with administrative duties including Student management, staff supervision, instructional leadership,behavioral modification, and other assigned duties. Strong interpersonal and communication skills are required and a background in First Nations Education will be considered an asset. As a leader of a First Nations school, the Vice-Principal will be expected to encourage and ensure that the local cultural traditions, teachings and practices are a part of the education program. The Vice-Principal will be a leader of behavioral modification for the school and will be expected to lead, foster, encourage, and support improvement of the education program on Moosomin First Nation. Masters or enrolment in a Masters Program is an asset.
