Description

Invites applications for the position of a regular part-time Assistant Caretaker at Traditions Elementary School.  The successful candidate will be required to work 0.4 FTE or 16 hrs per week on Saturday & Sunday, performing general caretaking duties. Traditions Elementary School is a Kindergarten to Grade 5 School. The school is located in Warman, SK which is 22 km from Saskatoon. This CUPE position begins April 29, 2024.  The starting salary for this position is $19.41 per hour.

Prairie Spirit School Division is the largest rural school division in Saskatchewan, with over 12,000 students and 46 schools located in 28 communities surrounding the City of Saskatoon, and including three First Nations and nine Hutterian communities.  Prairie Spirit has a dedicated team of professional and support staff serving pre-K to grade 12 students

Caretakers work closely school staff to maintain the school building to the highest standards possible.  

Preference will be given to caretakers who:
Have training and/or experience in the caretaker field;
