Responsibilities:
1. Leadership and Management:
Provide visionary leadership, cultivating a positive and collaborative work environment.
Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring the seamless implementation of educational programs.
Encourage a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and excellence among staff.
2. Educational Program Oversight:
Develop and implement age-appropriate curriculum, aligned with the latest early childhood education best practices.
Regularly assess and refine educational programs to meet evolving standards and individual child needs.
Ensure a safe, nurturing, and stimulating learning environment for all children.
3. Family Support:
Implement initiatives to foster strong relationships between the center, parents, and families.
Provide resources and support to families, promoting active involvement in their child's learning journey.
Establish open lines of communication to address and respond to family needs and concerns.
4. Regulatory Compliance:
Stay abreast of local and provincial regulations related to early childhood education.
Ensure strict adherence to licensing requirements and health and safety standards.
Qualifications:
Early Childhood Education Level I, II, or III Certificate or equivalency from Saskatchewan Ministry of Education Early Years (or working towards this certification).
Leadership experience in early learning or childcare settings.
In-depth knowledge of early childhood education principles and a commitment to staying informed about industry trends.
Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
Successful completion of a Criminal Record check
