Description

Our non profit is looking for a house cleaner who will also act in the role of supervisor.
Meeting with homeowners to understand their cleaning expectations
Sweeping, washing, mopping of floors
Laundry
Collecting and disposing of general waste
Sanitizing and disinfecting areas or surfaces
Dusting furniture, vacuuming carpets or rugs, and washing windows, ceilings, and walls
Responding to complaints and inquiries from homeowners
Notifying homeowners and supervisors of accidents or issues that occur when cleaning
Attending training sessions
Fluent and proficient in speaker, listening, writing English language
Must Live in Moose Jaw area
Must have your own vehicle (mileage paid between clients)
You will also act in the role of supervisor: Supervise and coordinate the work of cleaners, assist with scheduling
Inspect sites to ensure established safety and cleanliness standards are met.  Notice and talk to home owner to arrange for additional services they are in need of such as painting, repair work for safety. Train cleaning staff.  Coordinate activities with those of other departments. Receive payment for cleaning jobs.  Compile data and write reports.

You are a friendly easy to get along with person,  with an upbeat positive attitude.  You are compassionate, respectful and caring of senior citizens.  Your clients are all over age 55.  

To start the position is part time and will work into full time.

Must be available Monday to Friday from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm
