Description

Apartment buildings in need of a building operator responsible for general care taking duties  including grounds keeping, sidewalk snow removal, building janitorial work, small maintenance and repair and general upkeep of the property. Administrative duties include move in/out inspections, coordinating maintenance and general management of a  rental complex.
