To fulfill Pattison Agricultures vision of GROWING, CONNECTING AND EVOLVING we are looking for a Shop Foreman/Service Team Lead to join our fast-paced, energetic, dealership in Yorkton, SK. This role assists the Service Manager in the daily running of Service Department. Working with the Service Manager, they will maintain and grow their Service Department to achieve a healthy net profit while providing exceptional customer service above industry standards.

Responsibilities
-Perform all the duties of a Service Technician including complex diagnostics and repairs on agricultural and turf equipment in shop and in field.
-Participating in scheduling, assignment, and prioritization of work in the service department
-Assists the Service Manager in booking in Customer repairs.
-Working with Service Manager: Maintains a balanced work schedule of customer,
internal and warranty repairs.
-Fields Customer calls on technical questions all products (Service Manager primary duty, Lead Technician Secondary duty).
-Ensures quality and control of repair work in Service Department is performed above
industry standard.
-Shared duties with Service Writer to fill in for Service Manager and/or Shop Foreman
when away.

Requirements
-A Journeyperson certification and 5+ years of experience performing complex service repairs and maintenance
-Strong communication skills are evidenced in your day-to-day work and interactions
-Willingness to learn and work hard
-Working knowledge of computer functions and use
