Description

Position Overview:
The Store Supervisor plays a crucial role in supporting the Store Manager in overseeing the daily operations of a retail establishment. They assist in managing store staff, ensuring excellent customer service, and maintaining operational efficiency. The Store Supervisor acts as a leader on the sales floor, providing guidance and support to the team while upholding company standards and policies.

Team Leadership and Support:
        Assist the Store Manager in recruiting, training, and
                supervising store staff.
        Provide guidance, coaching, and support to team members
                to ensure performance targets are met.
        Foster a positive work environment that promotes
                teamwork, morale, and productivity.

Operational Support:
        Assist in maintaining smooth and efficient store
                operations.
        Oversee inventory management, including receiving,
                replenishment, and stock organization.
        Ensure compliance with operational policies, procedures,
                and safety standards.

Training and Development:
        Support ongoing training and development initiatives for
                store staff.
        Assist in conducting training sessions on product
                knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service s
                skills.
        Identify training needs and opportunities for skill
                enhancement among team members.
Team Communication and Coordination:
        Facilitate communication between store management and
                frontline staff.
        Coordinate daily activities and assignments to ensure
                smooth operations.
        Act as a liaison between staff members and management,
                conveying feedback and concerns as needed.
