- Prepare and package medications accurately as per store policy, ensuring all relevant documentation is complete.
- Enter data accurately in computer database.
- Ensure prescriptions are prioritized in accordance with workflow
- Prepare prescription for delivery
- May perform inventory management under the direction and supervison of pharmacist.
- Receive delivery in a secure environment and put away inventory in appropriate location.
- Maintain proper storage of medications in pharmacy
- Ensure stock bottles are put away as per pharmacy policy
- Prioritize recalls and immediately isolate products until details of recall are provided.
- Ensure stock rotation is done and expired product s are removed from shelves.
- Ensure regular replenishment of medications and supplies.
- Regularly view and implement communication binder/board/email
- Follow standard operating procedure and Pharmacist direction and adhere to all legal requirements of provincial, federal and bylaws regulations
- Organize and maintain cleanliness of workspace.
- Comply with all established loss prevention policies and procedure.
