Description

The Visitor Experience Team (VET) Leader is responsible for all aspects of the Visitor Experience Team Leader role including shift leadership and supervision, customer service and museum ambassador, admissions and museum shop, exhibits and museum spaces, safety and security, birthday parties and private rentals, clean environment, etc. The VET Leader serves as the first point of contact for all Visitor Experience Team Members (VETM) on shift and plays an important role in ensuring high levels of customer service and safety for all visitors to the museum.
