Description

We are seeking a dedicated Maintenance Services Worker to join our team on a seasonal basis. This position is responsible for the maintenance and upkeep of the Exhibition Hall and fairgrounds facilities, ensuring its cleanliness, safety, and overall functionality. This position requires someone who is self-motivated, reliable, and able to work independently.

Qualifications
    Previous experience in caretaking, maintenance, or a related field preferred.
    Ability to operate maintenance equipment and tools safely.
    Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
    Good communication and interpersonal abilities.
    Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
    Physical stamina and ability to perform manual labor as needed.
    Lifting up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities:
    Perform regular maintenance tasks.
    Conduct routine inspections to identify any issues or repairs needed.
    Ensure safety and security of the premises.
    Respond promptly to any emergency or maintenance requests.
    Communicate effectively with team members.
    Provide assistance and support to visitors or tenants as needed.
