Company Background
Donalds Fine Foods, a family-owned global provider of high-quality specialty meat products, has an exciting opportunity for experienced Meat Cutters/Butchers, based out of our Moose Jaw, SK location.

Brief Job Description
An Industrial Meat Cutter is responsible for assisting with various production needs. All production work will be carried out efficiently while having the highest priority on safety.

Responsibilities
May include one or more of the following tasks:
1.    Weigh/ push carcasses, tail and flank removal,
        skinner
2.    skinner, loin puller operator, stack boxes
3.    CVP machine, injector, box room labour, drop
        check.                                                                                        
4.    Drover, Shackle, toenail removal, burner, bung
        gun
5.      Head and Belly dropper
6.     leaf lard removal, scrape/stamp carcasses
7.    Push carcasses, offal cleaning, verifier,
        roller room labour.
8.      Whizard operator
9.    Communicate effectively with Plant Manager,
        Plant Superintendent, and Lead Hands to ensure
        cuts are being performed as required
10.    Perform other duties as assigned
11.    Follow all Work Safe SK, CFIA, HACCP, and other
        applicable regulations

Requirements:
1. Ability to accurately work at production line speed
2. Ability to follow all safe work procedures
3. Ability to communicate in English
4. Consistent commitment to working safely
5. Demonstrated ability to react to situations with a strong sense of urgency using a creative and logical approach to resolution
6. Ability to work in a team based environment
