Facility: Clinical Standards & Professional Practice
Job Description: Reporting to the Manager, Provincial Clinical Networks, the Provincial Educator- Clinical Standards provides coordination, facilitation, leadership, planning and resource development of multidisciplinary clinical orientation, education, and standard development at the provincial level.  As a self-directed practitioner with strong communication skills, the Provincial Clinical Standards educator supports the Clinical Standards & Professional Practice priorities for safe and appropriate clinical practice in the SHA through alignment, collaboration, and partnership.  
Required Qualifications

Masters or Baccalaureate in Nursing
Registered or eligible for registration with the College of Registered Nurses of Saskatchewan (CRNS)
Valid Class 5 driver's license
Experience
- Minimum 5 years clinical experience in nursing.
- Minimum 3 years recent experience in a clinical nurse educator role or equivalent competence in clinical teaching, leadership, and quality improvement.
- Experience with project management including leading teams, program planning, implementation, and evaluation.
- Experience in a clinical leadership role preferred
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

Ability to conduct information searches, environmental analysis and literature reviews, interpreting clinical outcomes and providing recommendations on best practice evidence for implementation.
Ability to develop and deliver presentations.
Ability to develop and maintain good interpersonal relationships and communication with other health care professionals; ability to build and maintain relationships based on trust, accountability and open communication.
