Preparation of INDO CHINESE (Hakka) vegetarian foods, Chicken Food, Seafood, to order
We will teach you how to prepare/Garish our menu items
Other duties include cutting, preparation of raw chicken, beef, seafood, carving and portioning food prior to cooking
Receive delivers and ensure safe storage of food
Minimum 6 month to 11 months experience working in Hakka Chinese cuisine
Maintain a clean work environment, notify Level 2 cooks of any safety issues
Maintain stock levels of, Communicating to your team of shortages
Additional responsibilities may be assigned by a supervisor
