Description

The Educational Assistant provides support to identified students in the preparations of instructional aids, supervision of students, and supporting the implementation of programs involving designated intensive needs students.  The duties of an Educational Assistant will vary depending on the individual needs of the student(s) as assigned by the Principal.


Experienced and demonstrated ability to work effectively with students with academic and behavioral issues

Strong interpersonal and communications skills are perceived as definite assets in this assignment

Possess a valid driver's license (so that transportation for students with diverse needs can be accommodated where needed)
