Potzus Ltd. is one of Saskatchewan's largest heavy construction companies. Established in 1966, we are a second generation family owned and operated business. We provide top quality work to the Government of Saskatchewan, various municipalities, First Nations and the private sector. Day to day operations include; excavation, earth moving, site development, aggregate production, and paving.

We are currently looking for Paving Personnel & Operators for work for the road construction/ paving during the 2024 road construction season. Work will include road construction and paving on projects in Saskatchewan.

Candidates needs to be familiar with paving  operations, compaction, as well as have experience in road construction, is a must. The operator must have at least 2 years of experience on paver, transfer unit, steel drum roller(breakdown finishing compaction), rubbertire rollers,skip loaders, broom tractors or equivalent experience.

Job Details:

-Work outdoors on a road construction  crew operating roller, broom tractor, skid steer,paving equipment, and possible labour tasks. Important to note, operators will be required to perform labour tasks required also.
- ability to operate several pieces of compaction equipment.
-10 days on 4 days off. (typically, project and weather dependent)

What you need:

-Able to work outdoors.
-SK class 5 license and transportation to work.
-Past experience on a paving or road-building crew.
-Responsibility for yourself and others in a safety-conscious environment.
-Must be physically fit, be on your feet for extended periods of time, and lift up to 50lbs.
