Pinehouse Business North (PBN Construction) is a northern Saskatchewan Aboriginal owned and operated company. We are currently hiring an Office Admin Assistant to work out of our Saskatoon Office , Monday - Friday 8:00 am - 5:00pm
The ideal candidate will provide support to our corporate services team and ensure all daily operations run smoothly.
Responsibilities:
- Assist the Corporate Services team with general and basic office tasks
- Perform general data entry duties including but not limited to entering timecards, accounts payable invoices and receipts, assisting with LEMs, safety statistics, tracking certificates
- General office duties not limited to answering the main phone line, greeting guests, ordering office supplies, keeping office organized and tidy, printing labels, filing
- Attending meetings and populating minutes
- general office duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Proven experience in an administrative role
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks
- Proficiency in computer applications such as Microsoft Office Suite
- Previous experience in a medical office or dental receptionist role is a plus
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Customer service or customer support experience is preferred
