Position: Receptionist/Customer Service Representative

One Stop Services Ltd, an Occupational Health and Safety Testing facility in Saskatoon, SK, is seeking a front desk receptionist. This role is crucial as it involves not just interacting with clients, but also creating a warm and welcoming environment that sets the tone for their experience with us.

JOB SUMMARY:
    Creates a welcoming environment by greeting clients/guests and directing them.
    Answering phone calls and redirecting calls to appropriate employees and offices.
    Assists in organizing and maintaining files and procedure binders, updating when necessary.
    Operate office equipment: Computers and their functions, POS Debit machines, and printers.
    Taking bookings using our online booking platform.
    Preparing paperwork for booked appointments.

RECEPTIONIST SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:
The ideal candidate for this role is someone who can work both within a group and independently with minimal supervision. They should be able to ensure integrity and accuracy in their work, and most importantly, provide excellent customer service with a positive attitude and demeanor. Related Skills:
    Solid knowledge of Microsoft Office.
    Possesses outstanding communication skills to communicate with clients and understand their needs.
