Position Overview:
We are looking for an experienced HR Manager to develop HR strategies that support our business goals and enhance our workplace culture.

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement comprehensive HR strategies.
Manage talent acquisition, training, performance management, and legal compliance.
Lead workforce planning and employee development.
Foster a collaborative and growth-oriented work environment.
Qualifications:

At least 5 years of HR experience in Canada, with a solid grasp of Canadian labor laws.
Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Demonstrated ability to manage HR functions in a dynamic environment.
Strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
