Facility: Idylwyld Centre
Job Description: Under the direction of the Interprofessional Manager, the Senior Physical Therapist will organize and lead community based fall prevention programs and initiatives.
Required Qualifications

Bachelor Degree in Physical Therapy
Basic Life Support (BLS)
Must possess a valid driver's license and vehicle
Registered or eligible for registration with the Saskatchewan College of Physical Therapists
Experience
3 years experience as a Physical Therapist. Experience in community care and fall prevention initiatives is an asset.
Other Information

Preference for this position will be given to HSAS members in accordance with the terms and conditions of the SAHO/HSAS Collective Agreement.  HSAS seniority within the Saskatchewan Health Authority will be considered under the Selection Criteria.
Standard Hours

The Saskatchewan Health Authority (SHA) requires a criminal record check (CRC) from every potential SHA team member. The CRC must be dated within the past six (6) months and be satisfactory to the SHA. A vulnerable sector check (VSC) is required for individuals providing patient/resident/client care to vulnerable persons. Internal candidates may be required to provide a CRC and/or VSC during the recruitment and selection process.
