Description

Resident Assistants are responsible for the direct care of our residents, as indicated in individual service plans. If you have a heart for seniors, are respectful, patient, kind and have superior critical thinking skills, we want to hear from you.
In addition to the provision of personal care, you will assist in developing and revising service plans; observing and reporting resident problems; performing dining service, activities and housekeeping duties.
You must currently be certified or willing to be certified in Food Safe Level 1, Standard First Aid/CPR, and a personal support worker course. All employees must provide a current Criminal Record Check with Vulnerable Sector Check.
