Job Description:
Brandt Group of Companies is currently seeking a Testing Engineer to join our team in Regina, Sk.  Under the direction of the Platform Lead, the Testing Engineer is responsible to determine, implement, and execute suitable physical testing protocols to validate the performance of products; to summarize data reports and testing results referenced to design assumptions; and to assist in consolidating a database of Design Criteria for Brandts various product families.

Duties & Responsibilities
-    Develop risk mitigating test strategies and test plans that allows products to be efficiently and effectively delivered to the marketplace.
-    Schedule, co-ordinate, oversee and execute the orderly testing of products.
-    Validate the FEA analysis through data acquisition focusing on load case and critical area study.
-    With the help of the platform team lead, obtain certifications, licenses, and other company qualifications or needs to execute test plans.
-    Maintain appropriate company tools and equipment to facilitate testing.
-    Other specialized tasks and projects may be assigned from time to time.

Required Skills:
-    Professional Engineer or Instrumentation Engineering Technology Grad with 5+ years experience.
-    Extensive practical experience in product testing and data acquisition technology.
-    Mechanical Background.  Ability to operate trucks, tractors, farm equipment, and/or construction equipment a definite asset.  Class 1 Drivers license an asset.
-    Familiarity with SolidWorks, eDrawings and FEA analysis.
-    Excellent communication skills  written and verbal.
-    Logical thought process with meticulous attention to detail.
-    Ability to travel and work in a variety of conditions (office, production area, outside, etc.).
-    Excellent work ethic.
