Description

Saskatchewans premier trade show display, signage and graphics company is looking for a senior installer to provide leadership and supervision to the install team.

As a member of our install team your role would include:
Installing all types of displays, signage, graphics, and vinyl products as well as digital signage solutions.
Set up and take down trade show displays.
In-house production and shop support including printing, laminating, cutting and assembly.
Setting up and running digital content on TVs and tablets.

As the senior supervisor for the team, your role would also include:
Providing general supervision to 3-4 install staff.
Scheduling install staff and jobs to meet client deadlines and make efficient use of staff and equipment.
Providing advice and expertise to team members as required during installations.
Ensuring all equipment, materials and site approvals are in place for all jobs.

Qualifications:
Supervisory and installation experience in related or similar jobs.
Must have a valid drivers license.  
Forklift Operator and Aerial Platform certification may be required, but training can be provided.
Vinyl installation training or certification would be an asset but is not mandatory.  

Skills and Abilities
Proficient in use of Microsoft Office email, Word and Excel.
Ability to lead and motivate team members.
Ability to communicate well with others.
Must have strong organization skills.  
Ability to focus on details.
Must be proactive and have the ability to work and solve problems independently.
Ability to read work orders carefully and ensure all job details are understood.
Ability to use a variety of hand and power tools.
Ability to measure and cut accurately.
Be willing to work flexible hours and some weekends as well as some out-of-town travel.
Ability to regularly lift items up to 50 lbs.
