1.Set up stations and collect all necessary supplies to prepare menu for service.
2.Prepare a variety of foods, meat, seafood, poultry, pizza, and salads.
3.Using in-store policies and procedures to maintain consistent portions and quality.
4.Maintain a prepared and sanitary work area at all times.
5.Food preparation including chopping vegetables, making sauces, making salad dressings.
6.Cleaning and servicing kitchen equipment, etc.
