Description

To fulfill Pattison Agricultures vision of GROWING, CONNECTING AND EVOLVING we are looking for a Service Administrator to join our fast-paced, energetic dealership in Swift Current, SK. The successful candidate will assist the Service Business Manager in maintaining accurate and on-time reporting and finalizing the work order collection process.

Responsibilities
This individuals responsibilities include:
- Exceptional customer service as first point of contact
- Address internal/external inquiries, backup for incoming calls, direct customer traffic
- Assist Service Business Mgr/Foreman in opening of Repair Orders
- Open POs requiring outside labour/materials, bill to Repair Orders
- Maintain filing/records for customers & dept, record/submit meeting minutes
- Build strong customer & co-worker relationships focused on teamwork, efficiency, & productivity
- Participate in training to develop skills/knowledge
- Follow safety rules/regulations & ensure followed by others

Requirements
This would be an ideal position if you have:
- Ability to use current business systems, computer programs/applications
- Strong attention to detail & organizational skills
- Basic knowledge of accounting
- Ability to work flexible hours, varying shifts, weekends, holidays
- High School diploma or equivalent
- General understanding of mechanical/technical terms preferred
- 2 years of exp in an ag/related service dept an asset
- Ability to read, write, and speak effectively with customers/co-workers
- Valid drivers license required
