Our client is a well-known full-serviced restaurant franchise with many locations all over Canada and US. We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced General Manager to oversee our restaurant operations. The General Manager will be responsible for ensuring the overall success of the restaurant by managing daily operations, leading a team, and delivering exceptional customer service. Responsibilities:

- Manage all aspects of the restaurant's operations, including staff supervision, inventory management, and financial performance.

- Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team.

- Create and maintain a positive work environment that fosters teamwork and employee engagement.

- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.

- Oversee the preparation and presentation of food and beverages to meet quality standards.

- Monitor customer satisfaction and address any concerns or complaints in a timely manner.

- Implement marketing strategies to attract new customers and increase sales.

- Collaborate with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of products.

- Conduct regular staff meetings to communicate goals, expectations, and provide ongoing training.

Qualifications:

- Minimum of 3 to 5 years Full-service restaurant management is a MUST.

- 5 years previous experience in fast paced restaurant management or a similar role is required.

- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices
