Position Overview and Responsibilities
The receptionist will be responsible for a wide variety of clerical office duties in support of the overall organizations administration.  They perform duties related to coordinating office communication such as greeting and screening visitors, answering and referring inbound telephone calls, sorting and distributing incoming and outgoing mail.  Provide additional support to other program departments by performing duties such as filing and data entry.
