Key Responsibilities:
- Greet guests and determine the purpose of their visit
- Collaborate with technicians to determine suitable service options
- Clearly explain all available service options, including timeframes and cost estimates
- Offer guidance on warranty coverage and potential cost-saving service alternatives
- Maintain records of service progress and prepare reports detailing labour and service costs
- Fulfill customer service responsibilities such as answering calls, scheduling service appointments including vehicle pickup and drop-off, and notifying guests when their vehicles are ready for pickup
- Coordinate workflow and technician schedules within the shop
- Candidates must possess a valid SK drivers license

Pay: $3,500-4,500 per month
