The Ministry of Justice and Attorney General provides a fair justice system that upholds the law and protects the rights of all individuals in Saskatchewan; promotes safe and secure communities; and provides legal and justice policy advice to the government.
The Courts and Community Justice Division is seeking a skilled, ethical, confident individual to work at the Wynyard Provincial Court to provide comprehensive clerical support. As a member of a team of professionals, you will be in daily contact with the public, lawyers, police agencies, community agencies and offenders.
Our candidate of choice will have the following:
- Knowledge of office administrative practices and procedures, legal terminology, applicable computer hardware and software applications and filing systems;
- Effective communication and positive interpersonal skills;
- Demonstrated ability to be thorough, analytical, accurate and detail-oriented.

The successful candidate must demonstrate good character in order to maintain the integrity of the justice system and the people it serves and ensure confidentiality within and outside of the place of work in accordance with your Oath of Office.
Typically, the knowledge and experience required for this job is obtained through a post-secondary education program such as an office education diploma/court services administrator certification, supplemented with legal courses and relevant work experience or a combination of education and work experience.
