The Role You Will Play:
- Respond to various inquiries and requests via telephone and email daily, communicating with internal employees and external business or service partners;
- Open work orders, and prioritize and schedule work for technicians;
- Manage all administrative aspects of the workorder process;
- Charge out work orders to the customer and internal in a timely, profitable manner;
- Prepare warranty workorders for Warranty Administrator when required;
- Provide backup support for payroll when required;
- Maintain regular communication with customers regarding ongoing changes, delays, or additional work needed.
Background Profile:
- Previous mechanical experience or mechanical aptitude would be considered an asset;
- An ideal candidate would possess mechanical experience, extensive customer service skills excellent communication skills both oral and written;
- Strong administrative and computer skills required (Outlook, Word, Excel);
- Exceptional attention to detail;
- Must be able to lift 50 pounds or less occasionally;
- Must be comfortable walking, sitting, climbing stairs, etc. while performing duties;
- Must work overtime and weekends as scheduled and requested;
- Experience in PFW/CDK business systems would be considered an asset.
