Our Kindersley location is looking to fill a full-time Dispatcher / Inventory Manager position.
Work schedule is 10/4, 8am-4pm

Duties include:
INVENTORY MANAGEMENT
-Send daily tallies/shipments to appropriate pipe/float companies as soon as you arrive in AM
-Reply to all emails and inquiries
-Schedule incoming loads and put into Tallys once float/pipe has been Tallied in
-Receive orders (by email or phone)
-Collect Material transfers (MTs)/returns either physically by email and complete
INVOICING
Create BOLs and invoices for Service Orders, Hot Shots, Hauling, Deliveries, etc. Send to appropriate personnel/company.
FILING
Place both electronic and physical copies of all documents related to order in appropriate file.
