Job Description:
Brandt is currently seeking a Territory Manager  Underground & Tree Care Products for our Regina Construction & Forestry location. The Territory Manager role will drive sales of Ditch Witch trenchers/plows, mini-skid steers, vac trailers and directional drills, along with Morbark brush chippers and Rayco stump grinders, and/or other material Underground & Tree Care products in your assigned territory.

Responsibilities:
- Sell both new and used Underground & Tree Care equipment within the designated Area Of Responsibility (AOR).
- Travel across entire AOR to effectively cover all current and prospect-account locations.
- Be fully engaged with growing our customer base by:
- Growing our share of our existing customer bases wallet spend
- Acquiring new customers
- Identifying Key Strategic Customers (existing & new), and executing a growth plan
- Building relationships
- Keep current on customers business activities and needs.
- Prepare and maintain customer status reports including (but not limited to):
- Sales call activities
- Customer Lists (both current and prospect accounts)  
- Develop and execute marketing and promotional strategies for your AOR.
- Keep current on product knowledge and industry (competitive) models.
- Complete all sales documentation in a timely and accurate manner.
- Manage travel requirements and expenses in a timely manner.
- Other projects/duties as required.

Required Skills:
- Enthusiastic, energetic, and goal driven.
- Proven ability to build and grow sales in a defined territory.
- Must be familiar with the trenching/plowing/drilling and/or tree care industry, having spent some time working in or servicing it.
- Excellent verbal and written communications.
- Strong planning, organizational, and time management skills.
- Must be able to travel throughout the assigned area of responsibility (AOR).
