The ideal candidate will possess expertise in operating and maintain various HVAC systems, including low-pressure steam plant, chiller systems, pneumatic systems, and building controls systems, in addition to proficiency in carpentry for performing building upkeep roles. This position requires strict adherence to policies and procedures to ensure the efficient operation of all auxiliary systems and equipment.
