The Nurse ICM is part of a team providing services to mental health clients in a community based setting.The Nurse ICM is responsible for providing front-line recovery-orientated services that The Lovering Place Program Nurse Team Lead works under the direct supervision of the Lovering Place Program Manager and under the overall direction of the Director of Operations. The Lovering Place Program Nurse Team Lead is responsible for front line responsibilities and for expertise, knowledge and skills related to overall service delivery to residents including overseeing nursing related issues of the program and providing leadership to the Lovering Place team after hours and on weekends. The Lovering Place Program Nurse Team Lead is responsible for providing recovery-orientated services that will assist residents and their care team in developing holistic wellness plans. The Lovering Place Nurse also participates in the overall development and evaluation of holistic wellness plans and nursing supports to all residents of Phoenix Residential Society Programs and Services. Applicants must provide your current registration &/or be eligible for professional registration.
Hours of work are on a 5 week rotating schedule of 12 hour shifts.
